Simply put this is a delicious slice of living, about really being alive for a troupe of young ladies, if true, about the unexpected. “Horlarious” if I may sneak a term of the author encourages the “Yeah, this really happened,” and there is no reason to argue. There are many descriptions this read could adorn but I’m kind of keen on Escapades de Vengeance Feminine.

“100 shades purpler…without the whips and S&M”. Perhaps that should give you an idea of the travails you will find endearing. This book is hilarious entertainment, but there are some serious moments that I’m glad the author didn’t take out, because it makes life real. Let’s face it, there’s not much censorship in this fast reading novel. It’s like two-books-in-one, doubling your value. But it just fine as one good read. If you think it might slow down…keep reading. It’ll soon change.

It could be construed by many names; either way as the Led Zeppelin classic goes, “The song remains the same.” This is what went down. It was a time, an era, the late 70’s, early 80’s of sex, drugs and rock ‘n roll. Well, mostly two outta three. Find out which two, depending which chapter you’re on. When travel was a true carefree adventure, especially for a gaggle of hot young, athletic chicks from San Diego, California called the “Surfers;” an all-girls sports club who welcomed the challenge, whatever it was. It may have been the competition on the pitch in a match or shooting shots in a pub or even challenging their own morals, which at times were distant. It had more to do, as you will read with simple decision making, in a moment or with time. It’s about developing friendships, realizing hardships, falling in love and having to actually try to believe the crap that some guys were spewing.
